At Lincoln Luqa, our jewelry is handmade and many pieces are made or adjusted specifically to the size selected by the customer.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order and Custom-Sized Items

Many Lincoln Luqa pieces are made, assembled, or adjusted specifically according to the size selected when the order is placed.

Because these items are prepared specifically for an individual customer, made-to-order, custom-sized, personalized, or specially commissioned items cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind, where permitted by applicable law.

Please check the selected size carefully before completing your order.

Handmade Nature of Our Products

Each Lincoln Luqa piece is made by hand.

Small variations in ceramic color, glaze, texture, surface, shape, dimensions, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade work.

These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

This policy does not affect your legal rights if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lincolnluqa.com.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the problem;
  • clear photographs of the item;
  • photographs of the packaging if the item was damaged during delivery.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Incorrect Size Selected by the Customer

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

If an item has been made or adjusted specifically according to the size selected by the customer, we cannot normally accept a return or exchange because an incorrect size was chosen.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If work on a made-to-order or custom-sized item has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel the order.

Once production, sizing, adjustment, or preparation of a custom item has started, cancellation may no longer be possible where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If we ask you to return a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

Responsibility for return shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return and applicable consumer law.

Non-Custom Items

If a product is sold as a standard, ready-made item and has not been made, personalized, or adjusted specifically for you, different cancellation or return rights may apply depending on your location and applicable consumer law.
