Products

Lincoln Luqa offers handmade ceramic jewelry and related products.

Each item is made by hand. Small variations in color, glaze, texture, surface, shape, dimensions, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade work and are not considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Made-to-Order and Custom-Sized Products

Many Lincoln Luqa products are made, assembled, or adjusted specifically according to the size selected by the customer.

By placing an order for a made-to-order or custom-sized product, you confirm that you have checked the selected size and understand that the item may be prepared specifically for you.

Because such products are made to the customer’s specifications, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange simply because the customer changes their mind or selects an incorrect size, where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with product availability, payment, pricing, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or another circumstance that prevents us from fulfilling the order.

If payment has already been received for an order that we are unable to fulfil, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown at checkout.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown before the order is completed.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

Processing Time

Lincoln Luqa products are handmade and may be produced or adjusted after an order is placed.

Processing time may vary depending on the product, selected size, availability, and current order volume.

Where relevant, estimated processing information may be provided on the product page or during checkout.

Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer international shipping to available destinations.

Estimated delivery time is typically 2–4 weeks after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer because of customs processing, postal or courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, transport disruptions, destination-specific procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Lincoln Luqa is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Many Lincoln Luqa items are handmade, made to order, or adjusted specifically to the size selected by the customer.

Because these items are prepared specifically for an individual customer, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changes their mind or selects an incorrect size, where permitted by applicable law. Custom-made and personalised items are among the categories for which standard change-of-mind return rights can be excluded.

Incorrect Size Selected by the Customer

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

If a product has been made or adjusted according to the size selected by the customer, we cannot normally accept a return or exchange solely because the wrong size was selected.

If you are unsure about sizing before ordering, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If work on a made-to-order or custom-sized item has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel the order.

Once production, sizing, adjustment, assembly, or preparation of a custom product has started, cancellation may no longer be possible where permitted by applicable law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide your order details and photographs of the item and packaging so that we can assess the issue.

Where appropriate, we may provide a repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Product Care

Ceramic is durable when handled appropriately but may break, chip, or crack if dropped, struck against a hard surface, or subjected to excessive force.

Customers are responsible for using and caring for products appropriately.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Product Availability

Products may be available in limited quantities.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, change availability, or limit quantities.

Adding an item to a shopping cart does not guarantee availability until the order has been successfully completed.
